Our Next meeting to be held on:- 29th Nov No Meeting Saturday 13th December 2008, Christmas Fun Nite. No serious racing (As usual then??) Prizes for best Xmas Shells and Caravans. Fun and r/c games. If you would like race your Mardave more often, then you may have noticed that we have arranged our meetings so that we do not clash with Garforth Touring Car Club, who have said that they would be happy to have Mardaves racing at their meetings. Anyone who takes a Mardave will be very welcome. Doors open at 18:00 at Garforth Squash Club on Ninelands Lane, Garforth, Leeds. LS25 1NX Race Dates at Garforth are 25/10/08, 08/11/08, 22/11/08, 06/12/08.
Important. This applies to virtually all racers who wish to race at our club. It is a condition of entry to any meeting that anyone who wishes to race must agree to help to lay out the track before the meeting and/or help to put away the track after the meeting has finished. If you are in any doubt about whether this applies to you, then please ask. We appreciate that sometimes it may not be possible to help, so we would ask you to have a word with us. Please don't just vanish at the end of the meeting. It is also a condition of entry to all persons, that you will clear away all rubbish and return tables and chairs to where they belong. Do not leave it for someone else! If you do not agree with the above, then please do not come to our meetings. Anyone who refuses to comply is just not welcome. It is a great shame that we have to make this rule, but all too often it is left to the few heroes who help week in , week out. I am sure you will agree, that is not fair.

There are not many clubs where Posh and Becks both race model cars, but this is one of them! Everyone welcome. All ages, all abilities. Come along and have a look, bring your Mardave if you have one (If not you can buy one at our club shop). The best fun you will ever have at pocket money prices. That's a promise! Please note. This club is not affiliated to the BRCA. therefore, you do not need to be a BRCA member to race. Makes other than Mardave r/c vehicles are welcome. While we are predominantly a Mardave club with the intention of keeping racing at pocket money prices, particularly for the younger racers, we are willing to try other small scale vehicles which would be suitable for our more challenging track, Wild Willy or Tamiya Mini's are a good example, Come along and we will try our best to give you some good racing. We do of course only run electric. Strictly no Nitro or petrol. If you think it looks like fun, then you'd be right. Why not come and join us. It costs nothing to have a look. Race fees are £4.00 per car. £1.00 reduction if you enter more than one class. i.e., V12 and MiniStox £7.00
